Either party may terminate the professional relationship according to the terms specified in the signed Engagement Letter. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Pasig City.
